Rooms are on first registered, first choice basis.

Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

As excited as you may be to attend, sometimes situations may require cancellation.
You are eligible to receive a partial refund. If you cancel early. Given that we accommodate small groups, we need to adhere to the following:
Deposit of $200 per person is required 2 weeks prior to the retreat date.
Balance due is required 2 weeks prior to the retreat date.
Cancellations made 3 weeks prior to the retreat date will receive no refunds.
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the retreat date will receive no refunds.
Barefoot has the right to cancel dates/retreats due to hazardous weather or under booked retreats with a full refund or reschedule.
